Coconut milk
Cardamom
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Potato
Palm sugar
Fish sauce
Tamarind juice
Preparation:
1. Roast chilli paste mixture until fragrant
2. Pound thoroughly and fry with oil
3. Simmer the meat in the coconut milk until tender, use low heat
