Papaya Salad (Som Tam)

Ingredients: 
Shredded papaya 
Som Tam sauce 
Long beans 
Tomato
Hot chili
Dried shrimp
Garlic
Roasted peanuts

Preparation:
1. Pound chili and garlic roughly
2. Add papaya, long beans, tomato, dried shrimp and roasted peanuts and pound roughly
4. Mix SomTam sauce and season to sour taste with lemon juice and serve with fresh vegetables; cabbage cucumber and long beans.
